Do you offer Net Terms?

Do you have volume discounts?

Volume discounts for 2024:

$1000+     5%

$3000+     8%

$5000+     10%

Can I sell on Amazon.com?

Fulfillment by Amazon is strictly prohibited due to a commercial partnership with Amazon. If you decide to become part of the Amazon marketplace, please abide by the MAP pricing (Column C on the pricing sheet).

Returns and warranty?

Wholesale sales are final unless the product is defective.

Dropship restocking fee: 15%

Manufacturing warranty: 1 year

Can I use my own shipping account?

Sorry, at this time our warehouse does not allow us to use third party shipping accounts.

MAP policy?

Retailers must abide by a 7% MAP pricing policy. The final MAP price is inclusive of any discounts, coupons, etc. Sleepypod vigorously enforces this policy. Any infringement of this policy will result in an account suspension.

Do you have distributors?

Sleepypod is the distributor of all Sleepypod products in the U.S. and Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are pleased to confirm that we offer worldwide shipping! Please note that we are unable to deliver to some countries and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all of our orders from the Netherlands, where our warehouse is based.

Can I return an item free of charge?

We offer a refund on any items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date, excluding any delivery costs. To request a return, go to Order Management.
